Return Policy

1. Nature of Services

Jaanson Services provides pest control and disinfection services, which are non-returnable in nature. Once a service has been delivered, it cannot be “returned” like a physical product.

2. Refund Policy

  • All payments made for services are non-refundable once the service has been completed
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Dissatisfaction due to delayed results
    • Partial pest activity after treatment
    • Failure to follow post-treatment instructions

3. Service Guarantee (If Applicable)

In certain cases, Jaanson Services may offer a limited service warranty (if mentioned at the time of booking).

  • If pests reappear within the specified warranty period, we may provide a free follow-up visit
  • This does not qualify for a cash refund

4. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases)

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Service was not delivered at all due to our fault
  • Duplicate payment was made by the customer
  • Booking was cancelled by Jaanson Services

Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours before the appointment
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may not be eligible for refund

6. Customer Responsibilities

Refunds or re-services will not be provided if:

  • Customer fails to provide access to the property
  • Safety or preparation instructions are not followed
  • Incorrect or incomplete information is provided

7. Inspection-Based Services

Prices and treatment plans may change after inspection. If a customer declines service after inspection:

  • Any inspection fee (if applicable) is non-refundable
